HENRI RICHARD

Henri Richard is a seasoned Sales and Marketing executive with proven ability to identify and establish strategic relationships and develop long-term partnerships that result in exceeding revenue goals. He has a successful track record of overachievement with strong leadership and motivation skills. As a recognized sales leader, both at the personal and managerial level, he has garnered numerous achievement awards in his career. His broad experience covering the Americas, European and Asian markets, the OEM, Indirect and End User channels and the Hardware and Software product categories stands out by its diversity.

Henri has been racing since 14 years old, starting with motocross, then onwards to be a driver in the French Enduro championship. Like many aspiring car drivers, he first practiced karting then went on to road racing events in Europe. In 1998, he moved to California and started to drive regularly in regional events and raced in the Norcal Rotax Masters kart 125 cc series. He obtained his SCCA, IMSA, Grand AM and FIA racing licenses and in 2007, acquired a Ferrari 430 Challenge and a Porsche GT Supercup and incorporated SILICON TECH RACING LLC.

Supported initially by AMD, then Future Electronics and Freescale, Henri was engaged in the Ferrari Challenge series in 2008, as well as in individual endurance events such as the 25 hours of Thunderhill, while continuing to race in the Northern California Rotax Masters DD2 series.

The regular progression of his results thru the 2008 Ferrari Challenge season resulted in two race lap records and a podium in the last two races.

For the 2009 season, the objectives of the team were both ambitious and simple: a Top 3 overall finish for the season, several podiums and at least one race win... and in the end, it was a success! Beyond his competition in the Ferrari Challenge, Henri also made his GRAND-AM debut at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, teaming with the prestigious Porsche team, TRG. Making a strong debut, the team would also compete in the series finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway, setting them up for a new 2010 program.

In 2010, Henri would drive in the biggest endurace race in North America, the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona. After qualifying the car, Henri would drive several solid stints en route to the team's finish. Beyond Daytona, the team has committed with TRG to campaign a full season effort in the GTC category of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron. After setting fast laps in Sebring and setting pole at Long Beach, top results for the team are certainly attainable.
